Experience

Tracey earned her BA in Elementary Education-Science minor from Plymouth State University. She has a MA in Special Education from the University of Denver. She completed Gifted and Talented Education at the University of CA, Irvine and earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership K-12 from Grand Canyon University.
