Experience

With a background in education, Serina is a paraeducator in the Extended Learning Department and has years of experience working with children with special needs and those who are Deaf/hard-of-hearing. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University and a master's degree in Education, specializing in Deaf/hard-of-hearing education. Originally from Southern California, she now lives in Littleton with her family. Serina enjoys kickboxing, writing, gardening, and camping. She also has a love for dancing and donuts! Excited to be in a Christ-centered environment, she looks forward to making meaningful connections and encouraging students in their faith.
