Additional Services at DC
Denver Christian School provides a number of services to make life easier for our students and families such as a first class hot lunch program to convenient bus service and extended hours for drop off and pick up.
Healthy Lunch Program
Denver Christian School partners with Wholesome Tummies to offer the WT Cafe in our dining hall. WT Cafe believes that good nutrition is critical to our children’s development and that healthy eating habits established early can help pave the way to lifelong health. They also believe that by preparing healthy foods in creative ways, our children will discover the joys of fresh, natural foods and choose them consistently over less-healthy alternatives.
A NUT-FREE kitchen, WT Cafe operates directly out of Denver Christian’s commercial kitchen and offers families with varied food allergies the option to create allergy profiles, and select meals that meet those specific needs. Families with no food allergies will be surprised and delighted by the delicious options to satisfy even the most discriminating (read, “picky”) eaters!

Before & After Care
For parents in need of support beyond the normal school day, Denver Christian offers an excellent before and after care program for students.
The students engage in both structured and unstructured activities while being supervised by responsible, caring and trained staff. Students go outside to the playground or can play board games with their friends, create art projects, read books, and have a snack. Students are also able to find a quiet spot to work on homework. The Denver Christian before and after care program is a great environment for all students!
- Before school 7:00-8:10 am
- After school 3:15-5:30 pm
The program works on a drop-in basis so parents can have the flexibility to use this service as they need.
