Complete Your Basic Fitness Credit This Summer!

Session 1: May 29 – July 3 Strength & Conditioning + June 24 – 27 Basic Fitness Class
Session 2: July 8 – Aug 9 Strength & Conditioning + July 8 – 11 Basic Fitness Class
Entering 9th-12th Grade 9:00am – 1:00pm
The cost is: $200 (Basic Fitness Class) + $60 (Strength & Conditioning Fee) = $260.

We are offering students two opportunities to complete their Basic Fitness credit this summer. This is a great to chance to complete a REQUIRED credit.
In order to earn the credit, a student must do 1 of the 2 following options:
1. Register for the 1st session of the Summer Strength & Conditioning Program (May 29-July 3), completing at least 12 of the 15 workouts AND register and complete the Basic Fitness Class that goes from June 24-27 (9:00-1:00pm).
2. Register for the 2nd session of the Summer Strength & Conditioning Program (July 8-Aug 9), completing at least 12 of the 15 workouts AND register and complete the Basic Fitness Class that goes from July 8-11 (9:00-1:00pm).
