Your teen will excel at Denver Christian High School, where approximately 150 9 – 12th grade students daily experience a stimulating and challenging learning environment that features a student/teacher ratio of approximately 10:1, a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum, and the warm, caring personal attention and support that only an experienced and well-qualified Christian faculty can provide.
Located on the Pearl Street campus at the intersection of Evans Avenue and Pearl Street (just west of the University of Denver), Denver Christian High School includes comfortable classrooms, two fully-equipped science laboratories, a media center, two computer labs, two gymnasiums, and priority use of impressive new athletic fields located at our Highlands Ranch campus.
Proven Academic Success: Standardized test scores consistently show Denver Christian students scoring well above state and national averages. In addition to our excellent and rigorous core programs in English, science, mathematics, social studies, Bible, the fine arts, and physical education, we also offer interesting and challenging electives including advanced courses, dual-credit college courses, and opportunities for off-campus and service learning.
Unique in the Denver area, our seminar program—a series of four student-centered courses taught in non-traditional spaces and ways—invites your teen to take a close look at both self and the world, while also building exceptional writing, discussion, and presentation skills.
