FAQs
What grade levels does Denver Christian Schools serve?
Denver Christian Schools is pleased and grateful to offer an excellent pre-school - 12th grade education to children of Christian parents who live in the Denver metropolitan area.
Where is Denver Christian Schools located?
Denver Christian has three campuses. Our Central Office and high school are located on the Pearl Street Campus, west of the University of Denver in Denver. We also have two preschool - 8 campuses, the Highlands Ranch Campus, near University Boulevard and C-470 in Highlands Ranch, and the Van Dellen Campus, near Colorado Boulevard in the University Park section of Denver.
Do we have to attend a certain church in order to enroll our children at Denver Christian Schools?
No. Denver Christian Schools is not owned or operated by a particular church or denomination. In fact, we are a community of families representing more than 100 different Christian congregations.
I understand that Denver Christian Schools teaches "from a Reformed perspective." What does that mean?
The word "Reformed" comes from the Protestant Reformation and the "Reformers" who followed. Reformed Christian education is based on certain fundamental theological convictions, including the belief that this is God's world; that the world was created good by God, distorted by sin, redeemed in Christ, and awaits the fullness of God's reign; that as sinners saved by grace alone, we are called to lives of grateful service to God; and that every part of the believer's life is affected by his or her faith.

Reformed Christian education is rooted in a particular understanding of the school's role and responsibilities, and also has specific goals, purposes, and methods. Key among those goals is that of helping young Christians mature in their faith.
